Shipping & Returns
Ready made items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. If you order an in stock item and a made to order or presale item, your order will be sent all together.
Our wooden and personalised items may take between 2-3 weeks time before dispatch.
In the unlikely event of any delays or issues with your order we will be in touch with you to discuss.
Smaller items may be be able to be sent will be sent without tracking which helps to keep our shipping costs low. If you require tracking, please add the tracked option to your cart and we will be happy to accommodate for a small extra fee. Bigger or multiple items will be sent as a parcel and will be tracked.
If you require express post, please select this option at checkout. Please note that express shipping will only expidite your shipping time and it does not increase processing or manufacturing time. If you need an item quicky, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
We ship all orders with Australia Post. Shipping time is on top of the turnaround time and is listed below:
- Standard Post: Estimated at 2-6 business days
Little Wellington Co takes no responsibility once item has been shipped. Should there be any issues with parcel delivery please contact Australia Post or contact us to lodge an investigation if you chose tracked shipping.
